AAF has lined up more tenants for the Miami Central station development.

All Board Florida signs anchor tenants

All Aboard Florida's on Wednesday released the names of two tenants set to anchor its flagship office building in downtown Miami.

Ernst & Young LLP, which specializes in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services, and Regus, a provider of flexible workplaces, are set to move into the office tower, officials said.

In addition, All Board's parent, Florida East Coast Industries, will relocate its headquarters from Coral Gables to the MiamiCentral office tower, which includes 190,000-square-feet of Class A office space. Florida East Coast Industries is All Aboard Florida's parent company.

All Aboard's Brightline passenger train service will carry passengers between the MiamiCentral station and Orlando.

"We consulted with world-class architects to design and create an office environment that is highly integrated with in-building connectivity to a range of transportation options, including access to our Brightline inter-city, express train service," said John Guitar, senior vice president of business development, for MiamiCentral and Brightline. "As our anchor tenants, EY and Regus recognize the benefits of being part of the unique environment that MiamiCentral will offer, blending the worlds of business, transportation, dining and entertainment."

Ernst & Young LLP has leased approximately 23,000 square feet of space spanning two floors. Regus has leased an entire floor.
