And somehow the USA produced record highs in domestic oil in 2011 and now a 16 year low in imports exactly opposite of what Bush did. I know I am not going to agree with every cartoon but this is just intentionally spreading a lie. It would be no more fantasy than saying Obama's immigration policy is to only admit mermaids.
