I don't quite get this one. Republicans have really been the ones attacking uber and lyft at least here in FL.

Go to just about any Major Airport and you will see Cabbie parking lots. Waiting to have the chance of picking up a fair. But if you reach out to Uber they bypass these Cabbie's and pick you up ASAP. The Republicans love UBER because no Union is involved this is why millionaire JEB took an UBER car. To piss on the Union Cab Companies. IMO

It's always easy to get a cab at the Airport. As you said they are already in line and faster than uber. It is elsewhere that uber shines such as arranged pick ups, vehicle conditions ease of payment and terms.  I love uber but I am not handicapped, a cash customer or a flip phone user. Those people are definitely left out in the cold.

Regulation is the only way to go. I'll never use Uber or Lyft. But then again, I don't hitchhike, either.

But at the Airport those tend to be union drivers in bigger cities. Like New York City, Boston, Chicago etc etc etc and they're pissed at Urber! And why does Urber get a pass on Handicapped people? That shouldn't happen I hope the ADA gets involved. And demands them to take Handicapped people. Or Shuts them down! Handicapped people have so many problems getting rides anyway. Urber is like Amazon they just don't give a Damn about certain people! :o
