Anyone participating?
I participated last year. Got my 10 tires out of a Public Park.
That's Parked Up!
Blight is now NICE. So did it twice.
Looking forward to receiving my taxpayer subsidized $20 Jackson for some of my tires out of a Public Park. Have pics.
Can't make this stuff up.
