I wonder if the cartoonist is expressing agreement with Democrats. Perhaps he just doesn't like to the Obama campaign was funded on a average of $39 a donation.

Or perhaps he realizes that both parties are up to their eyeballs in this hypocrisy and wants to draw attention to the democrats being just as guilty as the republicans.

I think we all know big money is currently benefiting both parties. All the more noble if one of the parties wants to change the rules even if affects their own coffers.

Even in the places pot is now legal it is regulated I do not see any inconsistency in policy of e-cigarates being legal and regulated as well.  How this so called "hypocrisy " is getting any traction and consideration is dumb.
