That was the first thing I thought when I saw the cartoon.  The artist probably meant to draw Trump and just got confused constantly doing cartoons of the same few candidates. You would think an editor or someone would have helped Glenn out.

I don't get it.  Did she threaten a riot at the convention if she didn't get nominated?

It's a take off on the Cinco de Mayo yell fest that took place when she was in East LA this weekend. Note the guy bouncing on the cop car with a Mexican flag in hand.
