Speaking up for Dinsmore!  I'm a 7th generation native - grew up on the southside, went to school on the westside, went to college at UNF, got married and moved to the northside, and work downtown - I think I've got all the bases covered!

To be honest, I’m a spy. We of Mandarin are about to implement the reverse sprawl program. We’ve had our eye on the urban core for awhile. That’s right, we’re coming back. Prepare yourself for more medians, tanning salons and stucco houses than you can possibly handle! HAHAHA
