St. John & Partners to Relocate Headquarters Downtown

St. John & Partners recently announced the new location for its Jacksonville headquarters. The advertising and public relations agency will occupy two floors in Riverplace Tower on Downtown Jacksonville’s Southbank along the St. Johns River. After a complete redesign, the new office will open on Jan. 2, 2017.

St. John & Partners will lease the entire 2nd and 3rd floors of Riverplace Tower for a combined total of nearly 31,000 square feet, nearly 7,000 square feet larger than its current office in Southpoint.

St. John & Partners is one of the largest independent agencies headquartered in Florida with offices in Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Greenville, SC. St. John & Partners’ client list includes Ad Council, American Health Care Association, Daytona International Speedway, E3 Spark Plugs, Florida Department of Citrus, the Florida Lottery, Florida Prepaid, JEA, Marriott, Southeastern Grocers (BI-LO, Harveys and Winn-Dixie) and Zaxby’s.

“As the agency has grown beyond 100 full-time employees, we’ve simply exceeded the space we have in our existing office,” said Dan St. John, chairman and CEO of Jacksonville-based St. John & Partners. “The search was lengthy and exhaustive to ensure we selected the right location for the long-term evolution and expansion of our agency.”

With ceilings on the 2nd floor soaring to nearly 30-feet and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, the offices will provide panoramic river views accentuated by a dramatic staircase connecting the 2nd and 3rd floors.

While other design details are yet to be finalized, the new office will provide a number of tech-enabled workspaces and collaborative areas designed for individual work styles and project types.  One key feature will include the agency’s large café space featuring a wide array of seating, perfect for large team meetings and socials.

“We’re pleased to be moving to Downtown Jacksonville’s Southbank as the renaissance of the area continues.  I promised our staff a fun and inspiring environment they can be proud of and this space is the perfect palette for us to take the culture we have developed over 30 years and propel it even further,” added St. John.

“We couldn’t be more excited to have St. John & Partners relocate to our building.  They are a tremendous company that shares our vision and enthusiasm for Riverplace Tower and the Southbank as a whole,” John E. Mason, senior vice president of Lingerfelt CommonWealth Partners.
