It did seem dumb to pick one of the few figures who did not get a pass. BTW you do not get a pass before you are ever in office to have earned a pass.

this one is pretty dumb. Clinton got impeached for his sex life.  Some free pass.

Meanwhile the republicans were busy repealing Glass Steagall while the country was pre occupied with the spectacle.

At first I thought so... I think the artist is refering to his "exploits" prior to the presidency.  I thought it was Clinton who repealed Glass Steagall...

The final bill resolving the differences was passed in the Senate 90–8 (one not voting) and in the House: 362–57 (15 not voting). The legislation was signed into law by President Bill Clinton on November 12, 1999.[
