It did seem dumb to pick one of the few figures who did not get a pass. BTW you do not get a pass before you are ever in office to have earned a pass.

At first I thought so... I think the artist is refering to his "exploits" prior to the presidency.  I thought it was Clinton who repealed Glass Steagall...
